Sebastian Hepp is an attorney specializing in general contract and commercial law, financial market law, corporate law, and the fields of FinTech/Blockchain. In his legal practice, he primarily advises start-ups and companies on all matters of business law (e.g., formation, financing, shareholder agreements, commercial lease agreements, etc.). He represents clients in authorization proceedings before FINMA (e.g., asset managers), assists them with all regulatory matters (e.g., FINMA affiliation requests or membership procedures with a Self-Regulatory Organization), and develops tailored solutions for innovative business models. Additionally, he advises clients on all matters related to anti-money laundering (AML) law and complex compliance cases and also acts as an external Compliance Officer.

Prior to joining Zürcher Rechtsanwälte AG, Sebastian Hepp worked for several years as an attorney at MME Legal AG and other leading business law firms in Zurich.
